Elora Community Theatre presented for their 2017 Shakespeare in the Park a production of Macbeth.
As has been in the past, my "muse" the director Deb Stanson when asked encouraged me to compose an overture that could be used as a sound landscape "overture" to the play. The weekends of August 4-6 and 11-13 saw eight performances. I was very happy to have been part of a very well received production in this way. Photos of the show from David Tanner (also directing) and his friends included here. If you would like credit given for use of your photo, let me know.
I wasn't able to make a performance for various reasons. Below is a link to the sound file of the overture. Thanks to all for this fine summer involvement.
Now, if you have a dog named Spot, it is probably time to let him out.
