One of the Players

Scot, cast as one of the "Cast" in my last post, is brill.  Look at his doodle power on the head of the unsuspecting James Jacoby who had his own column on playing the game of Bridge back in the day in the Ottawa Citizen.  Always a joy to receive any card or letter in the mail from Scot, in part because of the promise of having some spontaneous doodle enclosed.  Ma big brudda Scot, da doodle and piano playa. Also with a photo of him on his visit to England in 1972 playing the piano I believe at our Dad's cousin Elrine and her family's keyboard.  Growing up the family piano generated much lovely eventually harmonic music and Scot's love of music lead to his formal education with the U. of Toronto and receiving his A.R.C.T.  (Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto) teaching degree, which he has been doing for a goodly number of years in Halifax. Play on, Scot.  Those twelve tones have such universal appeal.
