First Entry of the Daily Journals, "As it Happens"

This is a twenty page start of scans of my mother's journals.  There will be a limited audience for these, mainly to do with the comings and goings of our family.  Archival and covering many tidbits of Canadiana, they are started at the mid-point of the 18 years she wrote between 1968 and 1986, in 1977.  Will carry forward.  As the cover of Journal #46 explains, they start midway in Journal #45 with Mom off to see her sister and brother and old home town of Kelvington, Saskatchewan, from her home in Elmvale Acres, Ottawa, Ontario concerned with her sister Dorothy's health. Some pages are left in the yellowed pages of the Hilroy notebooks she used, most have been converted to grayscale.
